Accessibility Statement

Last updated: November 2025

Website: www.structr.realestate

STRUCTR is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe access, dignity, and usability are foundational to the experience of home—and that includes our digital spaces.

OUR STANDARD

We aim to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. These internationally recognized standards inform how we design, build, and maintain our website.

WHAT WE'RE DOING

  • We work to ensure that:

  • Pages are structured with semantic HTML for screen readers.

  • Images include meaningful alternative text.

  • Color contrast meets or exceeds WCAG AA.

  • All interactive elements are keyboard accessible and include visible focus states.

  • Links and buttons are clearly labeled with accessible names.

  • Forms include programmatically associated labels and helpful error messaging.

  • Video/media include captions (and transcripts when appropriate).

  • We avoid content that flashes or causes seizures and provide controls for motion/animation.

  • We also run periodic automated and manual audits and fix issues as we find them.

ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY & BROWSER SUPPORT

This site is designed to work with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and common assistive technologies, including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT

Some features (e.g., maps, embedded videos, MLS listing feeds, scheduling, or payment tools) are provided by third parties. While we cannot control their code, we encourage vendors to meet WCAG 2.1 AA and select accessible options where available. If you encounter a barrier in third-party content, let us know and we’ll provide an alternative.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If you notice something that could be better—such as missing alt text, unclear link labels, or a form that’s hard to use with a keyboard—please tell us. We typically address reported issues within 5–10 business days, prioritizing critical blocking issues.

REQUESTING ACCOMMODATIONS OR MATERIALS IN ANOTHER FORMAT

We’re happy to provide reasonable accommodations or alternate formats (e.g., large print, PDF, plain text, audio transcript). Contact us using any of the methods below and tell us what you need.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Accessibility is not a one-time project. As our website, listings, and tools evolve, we will continue to test, learn, and improve to provide an inclusive experience for all visitors.
