2. AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS

STRUCTR and its affiliated agents may act in one of the following capacities:

Seller’s Agent: Represents the seller and owes duties of loyalty, confidentiality, and full disclosure to the seller.

Buyer’s Agent: Represents the buyer and owes duties of loyalty, confidentiality, and full disclosure to the buyer.

Disclosed Dual Agent: Represents both the buyer and seller with written consent from both parties.

Facilitator (Non-Agent): Assists both parties in a transaction without representing either party in a fiduciary capacity.
Prior to entering into any agency relationship, STRUCTR will provide a Massachusetts Mandatory Licensee-Consumer Relationship Disclosure form, as required by law.
